ConsulTOpen may provide recommendations through Artificial Intelligence systems, qualified Consultants, algorithms, educational resources, data analysis, Platform

methodologies and other technologies to assist Users in making informed educational, professional and career-related decisions.

Recommendations available through the Platform are intended solely to provide guidance, information and decision-support assistance. They are not intended to replace independent judgment, professional advice or personal decision-making.

Recommendations may relate to, without limitation:

  • careers;
  • educational institutions;
  • colleges;
  • universities;
  • internships;
  • scholarships;
  • certifications;
  • learning resources;
  • educational pathways;
  • Career Roadmaps;
  • Consultants;
  • resume improvements;
  • interview preparation;
  • skill development;
  • productivity tools;
  • Artificial Intelligence outputs; and
  • every other recommendation service introduced by ConsulTOpen.

Recommendations are generated using information available at the relevant time and may change as User information, Platform methodologies, Artificial Intelligence systems or external information evolve.

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as guaranteeing the accuracy, completeness, suitability, availability or success of any recommendation.

2. Purpose of This Disclaimer

The purpose of this Disclaimer is to establish a comprehensive framework governing the use, interpretation, limitations and legal implications of recommendations provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

Without limitation, this Disclaimer governs:

  • career recommendations;
  • educational recommendations;
  • college recommendations;
  • university recommendations;
  • scholarship recommendations;
  • internship recommendations;
  • certification recommendations;
  • resume recommendations;
  • Consultant recommendations;
  • Artificial Intelligence recommendations;
  • personalised recommendations;
  • recommendation methodologies;
  • recommendation limitations;
  • recommendation accuracy;
  • User responsibilities;
  • sponsored recommendations;
  • future recommendation technologies; and
  • every other matter reasonably connected with recommendation services provided

through the Platform.

This Disclaimer is intended to promote transparency, informed decision-making and the responsible use of recommendation services while protecting the legitimate interests of Users and ConsulTOpen.

3. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to every individual or entity who accesses, browses, registers for, subscribes to, purchases, interacts with or otherwise relies upon any recommendation generated, displayed or provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

Without limitation, this Disclaimer applies to:

  • Students;
  • Working Professionals;
  • Parents or Guardians acting on behalf of Minor Students;
  • Consultants;
  • Educational Institutions;
  • Schools;
  • Universities;
  • Corporate Organisations;
  • Enterprise Customers;
  • Strategic Partners;
  • Beta Programme Participants;
  • Visitors to the Platform; and
  • every future category of User interacting with recommendation services.

This Disclaimer applies irrespective of whether recommendations are generated through Artificial Intelligence, Consultants, algorithms, automated systems or future recommendation technologies.

4. Definitions

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

"Recommendation" means any suggestion, guidance, ranking, assessment, Career Roadmap, educational resource, opportunity, informational output or decision-support information generated or provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

"Personalised Recommendation" means a recommendation generated after considering one or more User-specific factors including profile information, educational background, interests, preferences, skills, goals, Platform activity or assessment results.

"Artificial Intelligence Recommendation" means any recommendation generated wholly or partly through Artificial Intelligence systems used by the Platform.

"Consultant Recommendation" means any recommendation, opinion or guidance provided by an authorised Consultant through the Platform.

"Third-Party Information" means information, content, opportunities, educational resources, scholarship details, internship listings or other information obtained from external organisations, institutions or service providers.

"Career Roadmap" means a personalised educational or professional development pathway generated manually, automatically or through Artificial Intelligence to assist Users in planning their careers.

Unless otherwise defined in this Disclaimer, capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or other applicable Platform Policies.

5. Relationship with Other Policies

This Recommendation Disclaimer forms an integral part of the comprehensive legal framework governing the ConsulTOpen Platform.

It shall be read together with:

  • Terms & Conditions;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • AI Usage Disclaimer;
  • Intellectual Property Policy;
  • Grievance Redressal Policy;
  • Subscription & Membership Policy;
  • Cookie & Data Retention Policy;
  • Community Guidelines;
  • Consultant Agreement;
  • Child Safety Policy;
  • Parent Consent Policy; and
  • every future Platform Policy published by ConsulTOpen.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions relating to governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, interpretation, notices, severability, survival and every other general legal provision contained in the Terms & Conditions shall apply equally to this Disclaimer.

Where any inconsistency exists between this Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions, the more specific provision relating to recommendations shall prevail only with respect to the relevant subject matter unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Changes to This Disclaimer

ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to amend, revise, supplement, replace, update, suspend or discontinue this Disclaimer at any time.

Without limitation, ConsulTOpen may modify:

  • recommendation methodologies;
  • recommendation systems;
  • Artificial Intelligence recommendation capabilities;
  • Consultant recommendation services;
  • recommendation limitations;
  • recommendation categories;
  • sponsored recommendation practices;
  • recommendation technologies;
  • recommendation features;
  • future recommendation services; and
  • every other aspect relating to recommendations provided through the Platform.

Material revisions may be communicated through:

  • Website notices;
  • Dashboard notifications;
  • Email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Push notifications;
  • In-app notifications; or
  • any other electronic communication channel considered appropriate by ConsulTOpen.

Continued use of recommendation services after the effective date of a revised Disclaimer constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Electronic Acceptance

This Disclaimer constitutes an electronic legal record.

A User shall be deemed to have accepted this Disclaimer by:

  • accessing the Platform;
  • registering a User Account;
  • using any recommendation feature;
  • viewing recommendations;
  • requesting Career Roadmaps;
  • interacting with Artificial Intelligence recommendations;
  • receiving Consultant recommendations;
  • subscribing to recommendation-enabled services; or
  • otherwise interacting with recommendation services made available through the

ConsulTOpen Platform.

Electronic acceptance shall possess the same legal validity and enforceability as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

PART III – RECOMMENDATION LIMITATIONS

13. No Guarantee of Results

Recommendations provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform are intended solely to assist Users in making informed decisions and shall not be interpreted as guarantees of any particular outcome.

Without limitation, ConsulTOpen does not represent, warrant or guarantee that any recommendation will result in:

  • admission to an educational institution;
  • employment;
  • internship selection;
  • scholarship approval;
  • certification completion;
  • examination success;
  • academic achievement;
  • career advancement;
  • promotion;
  • salary increases;
  • business success;
  • entrepreneurial success;
  • consultant availability;
  • educational eligibility; or
  • any other personal, academic or professional outcome.

Every User acknowledges that individual outcomes depend upon numerous factors beyond the control of ConsulTOpen, including the User's qualifications, efforts, decisions, market conditions and the policies of third parties.

14. Recommendation Accuracy

ConsulTOpen uses commercially reasonable efforts to generate useful and relevant recommendations.

However, recommendations may:

  • contain inaccuracies;
  • contain incomplete information;
  • become outdated;
  • fail to reflect recent developments;
  • be based upon incomplete User information;
  • vary over time;
  • differ between Users;
  • fail to consider every individual circumstance;
  • contain technical errors; or
  • otherwise prove unsuitable for a particular User.

Users acknowledge that recommendations are informational in nature and should always be independently evaluated before being relied upon.

ConsulTOpen makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or usefulness of any recommendation.

15. Third-party Information

Certain recommendations may rely upon information obtained from educational institutions, employers, scholarship providers, certification bodies, governmental organisations or other third-party sources.

Accordingly:

  • third-party information may change without notice;
  • eligibility requirements may change;
  • application procedures may change;
  • programme availability may change;
  • fees may change;
  • deadlines may change;
  • admission criteria may change;
  • scholarship conditions may change;
  • internship opportunities may expire; and
  • external organisations may modify their policies at any time.

ConsulTOpen does not control third-party information and cannot guarantee its continued accuracy, completeness or availability.

Users should independently verify all information directly with the relevant third-party organisation before making decisions.

16. Availability of Recommended Services

The availability of recommended opportunities, services or resources may change over time.

Without limitation, a recommended:

  • college;
  • university;
  • course;
  • internship;
  • scholarship;
  • certification;
  • Consultant;
  • employer;
  • educational programme;
  • workshop;
  • event; or
  • any other opportunity

may become unavailable, discontinued, modified, suspended or fully subscribed after the recommendation has been generated.

ConsulTOpen shall not be responsible where a recommended opportunity is no longer available or where eligibility requirements subsequently change.

17. Recommendation Errors

Despite commercially reasonable efforts to improve recommendation quality, recommendations may occasionally contain mistakes, omissions or unexpected results.

Recommendation errors may arise due to:

  • incomplete User information;
  • inaccurate User inputs;
  • technical failures;
  • Artificial Intelligence limitations;
  • outdated third-party information;
  • system errors;
  • computational limitations;
  • algorithmic limitations;
  • communication failures; or
  • circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ConsulTOpen.

Users should report significant recommendation errors through the authorised communication channels specified in the Grievance Redressal Policy.

Submission of an error report does not guarantee that a recommendation will be modified or corrected.

18. Recommendation Bias

Recommendations generated through Artificial Intelligence systems, algorithms or other computational methodologies may reflect limitations inherent in available information or technological processes.

Although ConsulTOpen undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to improve fairness, relevance and consistency, recommendations may:

  • favour certain educational pathways;
  • prioritise certain opportunities;
  • omit suitable alternatives;
  • reflect incomplete datasets;
  • contain demographic bias;
  • contain geographic bias;
  • contain linguistic bias;
  • reflect technological limitations;
  • produce different results for similar Users; or
  • otherwise contain unintended bias.

Users acknowledge that recommendations are intended to provide decision-support assistance rather than definitive or exclusive solutions.

Users are encouraged to consider multiple sources of information and exercise independent judgment before making important educational, professional or careerrelated decisions.

PART IV – SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATION DISCLAIMERS

19. Career Recommendations

The ConsulTOpen Platform may provide career recommendations through Artificial Intelligence systems, Consultants, assessments, Career Roadmaps, educational resources or other recommendation technologies.

Such recommendations are intended solely to assist Users in exploring potential career paths based upon the information available at the time the recommendation is generated.

Career recommendations shall not be interpreted as:

  • guaranteed career advice;
  • guaranteed employment opportunities;
  • guaranteed salary expectations;
  • guaranteed professional success;
  • guaranteed industry suitability;
  • guaranteed career progression;
  • guaranteed job satisfaction;
  • guaranteed employability; or
  • guaranteed long-term career outcomes.

Career decisions should always be made after considering individual interests, abilities, qualifications, circumstances and, where appropriate, consultation with qualified career professionals.

20. College & University Recommendations

ConsulTOpen may recommend educational institutions, colleges, universities or academic programmes based upon User information, Platform methodologies, Artificial Intelligence systems or Consultant recommendations.

Such recommendations do not constitute:

  • endorsement;
  • accreditation;
  • ranking;
  • certification;
  • partnership;
  • approval;
  • guarantee of admission;
  • guarantee of eligibility; or
  • guarantee of educational quality,

unless expressly stated by ConsulTOpen.

Admission decisions remain solely within the discretion of the respective educational institution.

Users should independently verify admission requirements, fees, eligibility criteria, deadlines and programme details directly with the relevant institution.

21. Scholarship Recommendations

Scholarship recommendations are provided solely to assist Users in identifying potential funding opportunities.

ConsulTOpen does not:

  • administer scholarships;
  • award scholarships;
  • determine eligibility;
  • influence scholarship providers;
  • guarantee scholarship approval;
  • guarantee funding;
  • guarantee application success; or
  • guarantee continued availability of scholarship programmes.

Eligibility, selection criteria, deadlines, funding availability and final decisions are determined exclusively by the respective scholarship provider.

Users should independently verify scholarship information directly with the relevant organisation before submitting any application.

22. Internship Recommendations

Internship recommendations are intended solely to assist Users in identifying potential internship opportunities.

ConsulTOpen does not guarantee:

  • internship interviews;
  • employer responses;
  • internship selection;
  • internship offers;
  • internship completion;
  • future employment opportunities;
  • stipends;
  • work experience quality; or
  • any other internship-related outcome.

Internship opportunities remain subject to the independent recruitment processes, eligibility criteria and decisions of the respective employer or organisation.

23. Certification Recommendations

Certification recommendations are intended solely to help Users identify professional certifications that may support their educational or career development.

ConsulTOpen does not:

  • conduct certification examinations;
  • issue certifications;
  • accredit certification providers;
  • determine eligibility;
  • guarantee certification completion;
  • guarantee certification recognition;
  • guarantee industry acceptance; or
  • guarantee professional advancement resulting from any certification.

Certification providers independently determine admission, assessment, examination, certification standards and recognition.

Users should verify certification details directly with the relevant certification provider.

24. Consultant Recommendations

Recommendations provided by Consultants represent the independent professional opinions of the respective Consultant based upon the information available during the consultation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Consultant recommendations do not represent the official position of ConsulTOpen;
  • different Consultants may provide different recommendations;
  • recommendations may change as additional information becomes available; and
  • Users remain solely responsible for evaluating Consultant recommendations before

acting upon them.

ConsulTOpen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability or outcome of any recommendation made by an individual Consultant.

25. Educational Recommendations

The Platform may recommend educational resources, courses, learning materials, study plans, assessments, workshops, seminars, books, articles, videos or other educational content.

Such recommendations are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

ConsulTOpen does not guarantee that any educational recommendation will:

  • improve academic performance;
  • result in examination success;
  • satisfy institutional requirements;
  • guarantee skill development;
  • guarantee learning outcomes;
  • guarantee admission;
  • guarantee certification;
  • guarantee professional success; or
  • otherwise achieve a particular educational objective.

Users should independently determine whether recommended educational resources are suitable for their individual needs.

26. AI Generated Recommendations

Certain recommendations available through the Platform may be generated wholly or partly through Artificial Intelligence systems.

Artificial Intelligence recommendations are produced using computational models, algorithms, recommendation engines, User inputs and available information.

Accordingly, AI-generated recommendations may:

  • contain inaccuracies;
  • contain incomplete information;
  • become outdated;
  • omit relevant alternatives;
  • reflect technological limitations;
  • produce inconsistent recommendations;
  • contain unintended bias;
  • generate unexpected results; or
  • otherwise be unsuitable for a particular User.

AI-generated recommendations are intended solely as decision-support tools and shall not replace independent judgment or qualified human advice.

Users should independently verify important recommendations before relying upon them for educational, professional, financial, legal, medical or other significant decisions.

PART V – USER RESPONSIBILITIES

27. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for every decision, action or omission arising from their reliance upon recommendations provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

Recommendations are intended to assist Users by providing educational, professional and career-related guidance. However, the ultimate responsibility for evaluating, interpreting and acting upon any recommendation rests entirely with the User.

Without limitation, Users are solely responsible for:

  • evaluating recommendations;
  • exercising independent judgment;
  • verifying important information;
  • selecting educational institutions;
  • selecting career paths;
  • selecting certifications;
  • applying for scholarships;
  • applying for internships;
  • consulting qualified professionals where appropriate;
  • complying with applicable laws; and
  • complying with all applicable Platform Policies.

ConsulTOpen shall not be responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of Platform recommendations.

28. Independent Verification

Users acknowledge that recommendations generated through Artificial Intelligence systems, Consultants, algorithms or other Platform methodologies may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information.

Accordingly, Users should independently verify all material recommendations before acting upon them.

Without limitation, independent verification is strongly recommended before making decisions relating to:

  • educational admissions;
  • career planning;
  • employment opportunities;
  • internships;
  • scholarships;
  • certifications;
  • educational institutions;
  • financial commitments;
  • legal matters;
  • medical matters;
  • business decisions;
  • contractual obligations; and
  • any other significant personal or professional matter.

Official sources, qualified professionals and the relevant organisations should always take precedence where inconsistencies exist.

29. Multiple Suitable Options

Users acknowledge that there may be multiple appropriate educational, professional or career-related opportunities suitable for their individual circumstances.

Accordingly:

  • a recommended career is not necessarily the only suitable career;
  • a recommended college is not necessarily the best available institution;
  • a recommended scholarship is not necessarily the only available funding opportunity;
  • a recommended certification is not necessarily the only recognised certification;
  • a recommended internship is not necessarily the only suitable opportunity; and
  • alternative recommendations may exist that are equally or more appropriate.

ConsulTOpen does not represent or warrant that any recommendation constitutes the single best, highest-ranked or exclusive option available to a User.

Users are encouraged to consider multiple alternatives before making important decisions.

30. Freedom to Accept or Reject Recommendations

Every recommendation provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform is entirely optional.

Users remain free to:

  • accept recommendations;
  • reject recommendations;
  • modify recommendations;
  • ignore recommendations;
  • seek additional recommendations;
  • consult other professionals;
  • conduct independent research; or
  • pursue alternative educational or career pathways.

Nothing contained in the Platform shall require a User to follow any recommendation generated through Artificial Intelligence systems, Consultants or other Platform features.

The decision to rely upon or disregard any recommendation rests solely with the User.

31. Appropriate Use

Users agree to use recommendation services responsibly, ethically and only for lawful purposes.

Without limitation, Users shall not:

  • misuse recommendations;
  • manipulate recommendation systems;
  • submit false information to obtain different recommendations;
  • use recommendations for unlawful purposes;
  • impersonate another User;
  • interfere with Platform recommendation technologies;
  • reverse engineer recommendation methodologies;
  • exploit recommendation systems for commercial purposes;
  • violate the intellectual property rights of ConsulTOpen;
  • use recommendations to create competing services; or
  • otherwise misuse the recommendation features of the Platform.

ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate access to recommendation services where misuse is reasonably suspected.

32. Reporting Incorrect Recommendations

ConsulTOpen encourages Users to report recommendations that appear to be inaccurate, misleading, outdated, inappropriate or otherwise inconsistent with the intended operation of the Platform.

Without limitation, Users may report:

  • inaccurate career recommendations;
  • incorrect college recommendations;
  • incorrect scholarship recommendations;
  • incorrect internship recommendations;
  • incorrect certification recommendations;
  • misleading educational recommendations;
  • inappropriate Consultant recommendations;
  • Artificial Intelligence recommendation errors;
  • outdated recommendations;
  • technical issues affecting recommendations; or
  • any other recommendation-related concern.

Reports may be submitted through the communication channels specified in the Grievance Redressal Policy or any other authorised support channel.

Submission of a report assists ConsulTOpen in improving recommendation services but does not guarantee that a recommendation will be modified, corrected or replaced.

PART VI – PLATFORM RIGHTS

33. Sponsored Recommendations

From time to time, ConsulTOpen may display sponsored, promoted or commercially supported recommendations in connection with educational institutions, Consultants, certification providers, scholarship providers, employers, training organisations or other third-party services.

Where required by applicable law, sponsored or promotional recommendations shall be identified through appropriate disclosures.

The presence of a sponsored recommendation shall not necessarily be interpreted as:

  • an endorsement;
  • a guarantee of quality;
  • a guarantee of suitability;
  • a guarantee of success;
  • a guarantee of availability;
  • a guarantee of admission;
  • a guarantee of employment;
  • a guarantee of scholarship approval; or
  • any other assurance regarding the recommended organisation or opportunity.

Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating every sponsored recommendation before relying upon it.

34. Recommendation Methodologies

Recommendations available through the ConsulTOpen Platform may be generated using one or more methodologies determined by ConsulTOpen.

Without limitation, recommendations may be generated through:

  • Artificial Intelligence systems;
  • machine learning models;
  • recommendation engines;
  • algorithms;
  • Career Roadmaps;
  • User preferences;
  • educational background;
  • skills;
  • career interests;
  • assessment results;
  • Platform activity;
  • Consultant inputs;
  • historical usage patterns;
  • available opportunities;
  • third-party information; and
  • other computational or analytical methodologies.

The specific methodologies, algorithms, weighting systems, ranking criteria and recommendation logic used by ConsulTOpen constitute confidential proprietary intellectual property.

ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to modify recommendation methodologies at any time without prior notice.

35. Recommendation Updates

Recommendations are dynamic in nature and may change over time.

Without limitation, recommendations may change due to:

  • changes in User profile information;
  • updated educational qualifications;
  • new assessment results;
  • evolving career goals;
  • changes in User preferences;
  • Platform improvements;
  • Artificial Intelligence enhancements;
  • updated recommendation methodologies;
  • newly available opportunities;
  • changes in third-party information;
  • regulatory developments; or
  • other relevant circumstances.

Accordingly, recommendations previously generated may differ from recommendations generated at a later date.

ConsulTOpen does not guarantee that recommendations will remain unchanged, available or suitable indefinitely.

36. Reservation of Rights

Except where expressly stated otherwise in this Disclaimer, ConsulTOpen reserves every right relating to the development, operation and management of its recommendation systems.

Without limitation, ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • introduce new recommendation services;
  • modify recommendation methodologies;
  • improve recommendation algorithms;
  • replace recommendation engines;
  • integrate new Artificial Intelligence technologies;
  • discontinue recommendation features;
  • introduce premium recommendation services;
  • establish recommendation usage limits;
  • introduce enterprise recommendation solutions;
  • introduce institutional recommendation services;
  • modify recommendation categories;
  • investigate misuse of recommendation systems;
  • suspend or terminate recommendation access;
  • enforce Platform Policies;
  • protect proprietary recommendation technologies;
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • take any other lawful action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its Users

and its recommendation services.

The exercise or non-exercise of any right reserved under this Disclaimer shall not constitute a waiver of any legal or contractual right available to ConsulTOpen under applicable law or the Platform Policies.

PART VII – GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

37. Relationship with the Terms & Conditions

This Recommendation Disclaimer forms an integral part of the ConsulTOpen legal framework and shall be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and every other applicable Platform Policy.

Unless expressly provided otherwise in this Disclaimer, all general legal provisions contained within the ConsulTOpen Terms & Conditions shall apply equally to this Disclaimer, including but not limited to provisions relating to:

  • definitions;
  • interpretation;
  • governing law;
  • jurisdiction;
  • dispute resolution;
  • arbitration;
  • electronic records;
  • electronic acceptance;
  • limitation of liability;
  • indemnification;
  • confidentiality;
  • force majeure;
  • notices;
  • severability;
  • waiver;
  • assignment;
  • survival of obligations; and
  • every other applicable legal provision.

Where any inconsistency exists between this Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions, the provision specifically governing recommendations shall prevail only with respect to the relevant subject matter unless otherwise required by applicable law.

38. Survival

The following provisions of this Disclaimer shall survive the suspension, termination or discontinuation of a User Account, Platform access or this Disclaimer, to the extent applicable:

  • recommendation limitations;
  • User responsibilities;
  • intellectual property protections;
  • confidentiality obligations;
  • sponsored recommendation provisions;
  • recommendation methodology protections;
  • limitation of liability;
  • indemnification obligations;
  • dispute resolution provisions;
  • enforcement rights;
  • record retention obligations; and
  • any other rights or obligations which, by their nature, are intended to survive

termination.

Termination of Platform access shall not affect any accrued rights, obligations or liabilities existing prior to such termination.

39. No Waiver
