Mental wellness services available through the Platform are intended solely to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, psychoeducation and access to qualified mental health professionals.

These services are not intended to replace professional medical care, psychiatric treatment, emergency healthcare services or independent clinical judgment.

Mental wellness services available through the Platform may include, without limitation:

  • therapy sessions;
  • counselling sessions;
  • emotional wellness support;
  • stress management resources;
  • anxiety management resources;
  • mood tracking;
  • mood assessments;
  • wellness questionnaires;
  • journaling tools;
  • guided breathing exercises;
  • meditation resources;
  • mindfulness exercises;
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) worksheets;
  • self-help resources;
  • educational articles;
  • Artificial Intelligence mental wellness assistance;
  • emotional wellbeing recommendations; and
  • every other mental wellness feature introduced by ConsulTOpen.

Mental wellness services are provided using information available at the relevant time and may evolve as User information, mental health research, Artificial Intelligence technologies, professional practices or other relevant circumstances change.

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as creating a doctor-patient relationship with ConsulTOpen or guaranteeing diagnosis, treatment, recovery, emotional improvement or any particular mental health outcome.

2. Purpose of This Disclaimer

The purpose of this Disclaimer is to establish a comprehensive framework governing the provision, interpretation, limitations and legal implications of mental wellness services provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

Without limitation, this Disclaimer governs:

  • counselling services;
  • emotional wellness support;
  • psychoeducation;
  • Artificial Intelligence mental wellness assistance;
  • mood tracking;
  • mental wellness assessments;
  • self-help resources;
  • meditation resources;
  • mindfulness resources;
  • guided wellness exercises;
  • CBT worksheets;
  • emotional wellbeing recommendations;
  • Consultant services;
  • User responsibilities;
  • emergency limitations;
  • future mental wellness technologies; and
  • every other matter reasonably connected with mental wellness services provided

through the Platform.

This Disclaimer is intended to promote transparency, responsible use of mental wellness services and informed decision-making while protecting the legitimate interests of Users and ConsulTOpen.

3. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to every individual or entity who accesses, browses, registers for, subscribes to, purchases, interacts with or otherwise relies upon any mental wellness service provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

Without limitation, this Disclaimer applies to:

  • Students;
  • Working Professionals;
  • Parents or Guardians acting on behalf of Minor Users;
  • Mental Health Professionals;
  • Consultants;
  • Educational Institutions;
  • Schools;
  • Universities;
  • Corporate Organisations;
  • Enterprise Customers;
  • Strategic Partners;
  • Beta Programme Participants;
  • Visitors to the Platform; and
  • every future category of User interacting with mental wellness services.

This Disclaimer applies irrespective of whether mental wellness services are provided through qualified professionals, Artificial Intelligence systems, educational resources, wellness tools or future mental wellness technologies.

4. Definitions

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

"Mental Wellness Services" means any service, feature, tool, resource, consultation, assessment, recommendation or educational content relating to emotional wellbeing, mental wellness or psychological support made available through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

"Mental Health Professional" means a psychologist, therapist, counsellor, psychiatrist or other appropriately qualified professional providing services through the Platform in accordance with applicable law.

"Artificial Intelligence Mental Wellness Assistance" means any emotional wellness support, educational information, recommendation or other output generated wholly or partly through Artificial Intelligence systems used by the Platform.

"Mood Assessment" means any questionnaire, screening tool, mood tracker, emotional wellbeing survey or similar feature intended to help Users monitor or understand their emotional wellbeing.

"Self-Help Resources" means articles, worksheets, breathing exercises, meditation resources, journaling tools, educational materials, videos or similar informational resources intended to support general mental wellness.

"Crisis Situation" means any circumstance involving immediate risk of self-harm, suicide, harm to others, psychiatric emergency, medical emergency or any other situation requiring urgent professional intervention.

Unless otherwise defined in this Disclaimer, capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or other applicable Platform Policies.

5. Relationship with Other Policies

This Mental Wellness Disclaimer forms an integral part of the comprehensive legal framework governing the ConsulTOpen Platform.

It shall be read together with:

  • Terms & Conditions;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • AI Usage Disclaimer;
  • Recommendation Disclaimer;
  • Career Guidance Disclaimer;
  • Intellectual Property Policy;
  • Grievance Redressal Policy;
  • Subscription & Membership Policy;
  • Cookie & Data Retention Policy;
  • Community Guidelines;
  • Consultant Agreement;
  • Child Safety Policy;
  • Parent Consent Policy; and
  • every future Platform Policy published by ConsulTOpen.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions relating to governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, interpretation, notices, severability, survival and every other general legal provision contained in the Terms & Conditions shall apply equally to this Disclaimer.

Where any inconsistency exists between this Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions, the more specific provision relating to mental wellness services shall prevail only with respect to the relevant subject matter unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Changes to This Disclaimer

ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to amend, revise, supplement, replace, update, suspend or discontinue this Disclaimer at any time.

Without limitation, ConsulTOpen may modify:

  • mental wellness services;
  • therapy services;
  • counselling services;
  • Artificial Intelligence mental wellness features;
  • mood assessments;
  • wellness methodologies;
  • self-help resources;
  • educational content;
  • emergency guidance;
  • future mental wellness technologies; and
  • every other aspect relating to mental wellness services provided through the Platform.

Material revisions may be communicated through:

  • Website notices;
  • Dashboard notifications;
  • Email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Push notifications;
  • In-app notifications; or
  • any other electronic communication channel considered appropriate by ConsulTOpen.

Continued use of mental wellness services after the effective date of a revised Disclaimer constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Electronic Acceptance

This Disclaimer constitutes an electronic legal record.

A User shall be deemed to have accepted this Disclaimer by:

  • accessing the Platform;
  • registering a User Account;
  • booking a therapy or counselling session;
  • participating in a mental wellness consultation;
  • using Artificial Intelligence mental wellness features;
  • completing mood assessments;
  • using mood tracking tools;
  • accessing self-help resources;
  • using wellness exercises;
  • subscribing to mental wellness services; or
  • otherwise interacting with any mental wellness feature made available through the

ConsulTOpen Platform.

Electronic acceptance shall possess the same legal validity and enforceability as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

PART II – MENTAL WELLNESS SERVICES

8. Nature of Mental Wellness Services

ConsulTOpen provides mental wellness services intended to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, resilience, stress management and access to qualified mental health professionals.

Mental wellness services available through the Platform are designed to promote emotional wellness, provide educational resources and facilitate informed decisionmaking regarding mental wellbeing.

Without limitation, mental wellness services may include:

  • therapy sessions;
  • counselling sessions;
  • emotional wellness guidance;
  • stress management support;
  • anxiety management resources;
  • mood tracking;
  • mood assessments;
  • emotional wellbeing questionnaires;
  • guided breathing exercises;
  • meditation resources;
  • mindfulness exercises;
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) worksheets;
  • journaling tools;
  • self-help resources;
  • educational articles;
  • Artificial Intelligence wellness assistance;
  • emotional wellbeing recommendations; and
  • every other mental wellness feature introduced by ConsulTOpen from time to time.

Mental wellness services are intended solely for informational, educational and supportive purposes and should not be interpreted as medical treatment or psychiatric care.

9. Sources of Mental Wellness Support

Mental wellness support available through the ConsulTOpen Platform may be provided through one or more authorised sources.

Without limitation, such sources may include:

  • qualified psychologists;
  • licensed therapists;
  • counsellors;
  • mental health professionals;
  • Artificial Intelligence systems;
  • psychoeducational resources;
  • guided wellness exercises;
  • CBT-based educational tools;
  • mindfulness resources;
  • self-help materials;
  • wellness assessments;
  • emotional wellbeing tracking tools; and
  • future mental wellness technologies introduced by ConsulTOpen.

Different sources may provide different perspectives, recommendations or approaches depending upon the information available and the methodology used.

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as guaranteeing that every source will produce identical opinions, recommendations or outcomes.

10. Educational & Self-help Resources

ConsulTOpen may provide educational and self-help resources intended to improve Users' understanding of emotional wellbeing and healthy coping strategies.

Without limitation, such resources may include:

  • meditation sessions;
  • mindfulness practices;

  • journaling prompts;
  • emotional wellbeing exercises;
  • productivity resources;
  • stress management techniques;
  • sleep wellness resources;
  • emotional resilience resources; and
  • other educational materials.

These resources are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Educational resources shall not be interpreted as:

  • medical advice;
  • psychiatric treatment;
  • psychotherapy;
  • diagnosis;
  • emergency intervention;
  • personalised treatment plans; or
  • professional healthcare services.

11. Mental Wellness Assessments

ConsulTOpen may provide mood assessments, emotional wellbeing questionnaires, screening tools, self-evaluation questionnaires and similar wellness assessment features.

  • monitor general wellbeing;

Mental wellness assessments are not intended to:

  • diagnose mental illnesses;
  • identify psychiatric disorders;
  • replace psychological evaluations;
  • determine treatment requirements;
  • predict future mental health conditions;
  • establish clinical diagnoses; or
  • replace professional assessment by a qualified mental health professional.

Assessment results should always be interpreted cautiously and, where appropriate, discussed with a qualified mental health professional.

12. Future Mental Wellness Technologies

ConsulTOpen continuously researches, develops and evaluates new technologies to improve mental wellness services and User experience.

Accordingly, ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to introduce, modify, replace, suspend or discontinue mental wellness technologies at any time.

Without limitation, future mental wellness technologies may include:

  • Artificial Intelligence wellness assistants;
  • personalised emotional wellbeing agents;
  • intelligent journaling systems;
  • advanced mood analytics;
  • behavioural wellness insights;
  • CBT-based interactive tools;
  • meditation guidance systems;
  • mindfulness coaching technologies;
  • emotional resilience programmes;
  • wellness habit tracking;
  • predictive wellbeing analytics;
  • crisis resource guidance tools;
  • enterprise wellness solutions;
  • institutional wellness programmes; and
  • every other present or future mental wellness technology considered appropriate by

ConsulTOpen.

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer obligates ConsulTOpen to introduce, maintain or continue any particular mental wellness technology, feature or service.

PART III – LIMITATIONS OF MENTAL WELLNESS SERVICES

13. No Medical Treatment

Mental wellness services provided through the ConsulTOpen Platform are intended to promote emotional wellbeing, psychoeducation and access to qualified mental health professionals.

Such services are not intended to replace:

  • medical treatment;
  • psychiatric treatment;
  • hospital care;
  • emergency medical services;
  • clinical healthcare;
  • physician consultations;
  • inpatient treatment;
  • outpatient psychiatric care;
  • crisis intervention services; or
  • any other healthcare service requiring qualified medical supervision.

Nothing available through the Platform shall be interpreted as providing medical treatment or establishing a substitute for appropriate healthcare.

Users should seek qualified medical attention whenever required.

14. No Diagnosis

ConsulTOpen does not diagnose mental illnesses, psychiatric disorders or medical conditions.

Without limitation, the Platform does not provide:

  • psychiatric diagnoses;
  • psychological diagnoses;
  • clinical evaluations;
  • medical diagnoses;
  • personality disorder diagnoses;
  • neurological diagnoses;
  • treatment determinations;
  • clinical opinions;
  • fitness-for-work evaluations; or
  • any other formal diagnostic service.

Mood assessments, questionnaires, Artificial Intelligence outputs and educational resources are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

Only appropriately qualified healthcare professionals are authorised to diagnose medical or mental health conditions in accordance with applicable law.

15. No Medication Advice

ConsulTOpen does not prescribe, recommend, administer or manage medications.

Accordingly, neither the Platform nor its Artificial Intelligence systems shall be relied upon for:

  • starting medication;
  • stopping medication;
  • changing medication dosages;
  • replacing prescribed medication;
  • selecting psychiatric medication;
  • selecting antidepressants;
  • selecting anti-anxiety medication;
  • identifying medication interactions;
  • determining medication effectiveness; or
  • making any other medication-related decision.

Users should always consult appropriately qualified medical practitioners before making decisions relating to medications or treatment.

16. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Mental wellness services are intended to provide support, education and access to professional assistance.

ConsulTOpen does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the use of mental wellness services will:

  • improve emotional wellbeing;
  • relieve symptoms;
  • resolve personal difficulties;
  • improve relationships;
  • eliminate anxiety;
  • eliminate depression;
  • improve stress management;
  • improve sleep;
  • improve academic performance;
  • improve workplace performance;
  • achieve therapeutic goals;
  • prevent future mental health conditions;
  • prevent relapse; or
  • produce any other specific outcome.

Mental wellness outcomes vary significantly depending upon numerous factors, including individual circumstances, professional treatment, personal commitment and matters beyond the reasonable control of ConsulTOpen.

17. Teleconsultation Limitations

Certain mental wellness services may be delivered through online chat, voice calls, video consultations or other remote communication technologies.

Users acknowledge that teleconsultation services have inherent limitations, including but not limited to:

  • internet connectivity interruptions;
  • poor audio quality;
  • poor video quality;
  • technical failures;
  • communication delays;
  • inability to conduct physical observations;
  • inability to respond to emergencies in person;
  • environmental distractions;
  • device compatibility issues; and
  • other technological limitations.

ConsulTOpen shall not be responsible for interruptions or limitations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control during remote consultations.

18. No Emergency Monitoring

ConsulTOpen is not an emergency response service and does not continuously monitor User activity for emergencies.

Without limitation, ConsulTOpen does not continuously monitor:

  • therapy chats;
  • counselling chats;
  • video consultations;
  • voice consultations;
  • Artificial Intelligence conversations;
  • mood tracking entries;
  • journals;
  • CBT worksheets;
  • wellness assessments;
  • messages;
  • uploaded content; or
  • any other User activity for the purpose of detecting emergencies.

Accordingly, Users should not assume that ConsulTOpen will identify, detect, respond to or intervene during any mental health crisis, medical emergency or other urgent situation.

Where a User believes that they or another person may be in immediate danger, they should immediately contact:

  • local emergency services;
  • qualified medical professionals;
  • licensed mental health professionals;
  • law enforcement authorities; or
  • other appropriate emergency response services within their jurisdiction.

Nothing contained in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as creating any obligation upon ConsulTOpen to provide emergency monitoring, crisis intervention or emergency response services.

PART IV – SPECIFIC MENTAL WELLNESS DISCLAIMERS

19. Artificial Intelligence Mental Wellness Disclaimer

Certain mental wellness features available through the ConsulTOpen Platform may utilise Artificial Intelligence systems to provide educational information, emotional wellbeing support, self-help guidance, wellness recommendations and other informational resources.

Artificial Intelligence is intended solely to assist Users by providing general educational and supportive information relating to mental wellness.

Artificial Intelligence is not:

  • a psychologist;
  • a psychiatrist;
  • a therapist;
  • a counsellor;
  • a medical practitioner;
  • a crisis intervention professional;
  • an emergency response service; or
  • a substitute for qualified human care.

Artificial Intelligence outputs may:

  • contain inaccuracies;
  • contain incomplete information;
  • misunderstand User inputs;
  • generate inappropriate responses;
  • fail to recognise emergencies;
  • omit relevant information;
  • become outdated; or
  • otherwise be unsuitable for an individual User.

Users should never rely exclusively upon Artificial Intelligence when making decisions relating to their mental health or emotional wellbeing.

20. Consultant Disclaimer

Mental wellness consultations available through the ConsulTOpen Platform may be conducted by qualified psychologists, therapists, counsellors or other authorised mental health professionals.

Consultants provide independent professional opinions based upon the information available during the consultation.

Accordingly:

  • different Consultants may provide different opinions;
  • treatment approaches may vary;
  • recommendations may evolve over time;
  • additional information may change professional opinions;
  • no Consultant can guarantee therapeutic outcomes; and
  • professional judgment may differ depending upon individual circumstances.

Except where expressly required by applicable law, the opinions expressed by Consultants represent their independent professional judgment and do not necessarily represent the official views of ConsulTOpen.

21. Crisis Intervention Disclaimer

ConsulTOpen is not a crisis intervention platform.

The Platform is not designed or intended to provide immediate intervention during situations involving:

  • suicidal thoughts;
  • suicide attempts;
  • self-harm;
  • threats of violence;
  • psychiatric emergencies;
  • medical emergencies;
  • severe emotional distress requiring immediate intervention;
  • substance overdose;
  • abuse requiring emergency protection; or
  • any other life-threatening circumstance.

Users experiencing a crisis should immediately contact:

  • local emergency services;
  • licensed mental health professionals;
  • qualified medical practitioners;
  • hospitals;
  • law enforcement authorities; or
  • other appropriate emergency response services available within their jurisdiction.

Nothing contained within the Platform shall be interpreted as providing emergency crisis intervention.

22. Emergency Situations

The ConsulTOpen Platform should never be relied upon during situations requiring immediate medical or psychiatric intervention.

Users shall not delay seeking emergency assistance because of:

  • ongoing therapy sessions;
  • pending Consultant responses;
  • Artificial Intelligence conversations;
  • mood assessments;
  • journaling features;
  • wellness exercises;
  • Platform notifications; or
  • any other Platform functionality.

Where immediate risk exists, Users should prioritise emergency medical assistance over continued use of the Platform.

ConsulTOpen shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from a User's failure to seek timely emergency assistance.

23. Duty to Seek Emergency Assistance

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for obtaining immediate emergency assistance whenever circumstances reasonably require urgent medical, psychiatric or emergency intervention.

Without limitation, Users should immediately seek emergency assistance where they or another person:

  • is at immediate risk of self-harm;
  • has attempted suicide;
  • expresses suicidal intent;
  • poses an immediate danger to others;
  • experiences psychosis;
  • experiences hallucinations;
  • suffers a medical emergency;
  • experiences loss of consciousness;
  • experiences drug overdose; or
  • otherwise requires urgent emergency care.

ConsulTOpen cannot dispatch emergency responders, ambulance services, police, hospitals or crisis intervention teams on behalf of Users.

Failure to seek appropriate emergency assistance may significantly increase the risk of harm.

24. Mood Tracking Disclaimer

Mood tracking tools, emotional wellbeing logs, journaling systems, emotional analytics and similar wellness features are intended solely to assist Users in monitoring their emotional wellbeing over time.

Such features:

  • are informational only;
  • are not diagnostic tools;
  • do not predict future mental health conditions;
  • do not replace professional assessment;
  • may contain inaccuracies;
  • depend upon User-provided information;
  • may not reflect actual clinical conditions; and
  • should not be interpreted as medical evaluations.

Users should discuss persistent emotional concerns with qualified mental health professionals rather than relying solely upon mood tracking features.

25. Wellness Content Disclaimer

Educational articles, videos, worksheets, meditation sessions, breathing exercises, mindfulness resources, CBT worksheets, journals and other wellness materials provided through the Platform are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Such content shall not be interpreted as:

  • psychotherapy;
  • psychiatric treatment;
  • psychological treatment;
  • medical advice;
  • diagnosis;
  • personalised treatment plans;
  • emergency intervention;
  • clinical care; or
  • professional healthcare services.

Users should exercise independent judgment and seek qualified professional care where appropriate.

26. Third-party Resources Disclaimer

ConsulTOpen does not own, control or guarantee such third-party resources.

Accordingly, ConsulTOpen does not warrant:

  • the accuracy of third-party information;
  • the quality of third-party services;
  • the continued availability of external resources;
  • treatment outcomes;
  • professional qualifications beyond publicly available information;
  • suitability for individual Users; or
  • compliance with applicable laws in every jurisdiction.

Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating any third-party resource before relying upon it.

27. Minor Users Disclaimer

Mental wellness services involving Minor Users shall remain subject to the Parent Consent Policy, Child Safety Policy and all applicable laws.

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for:

  • supervising the minor's use of the Platform;
  • providing legally required consent where applicable;
  • participating where appropriate in treatment decisions;
  • ensuring accurate information is provided;
  • seeking emergency assistance where necessary; and
  • obtaining appropriate professional medical or psychiatric care whenever required.

Nothing contained in the Platform shall diminish the legal responsibilities of parents or guardians regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of Minor Users.

PART V – USER RESPONSIBILITIES

28. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for every decision, action or omission arising from their use of mental wellness services available through the ConsulTOpen Platform.

Mental wellness services are intended to support emotional wellbeing, promote selfawareness and facilitate access to qualified mental health professionals. However, the ultimate responsibility for interpreting, evaluating and acting upon any information, recommendation or guidance obtained through the Platform rests entirely with the User.

Without limitation, Users remain solely responsible for:

  • seeking appropriate professional care;
  • making healthcare decisions;
  • obtaining medical treatment where necessary;
  • following professional treatment plans;
  • attending scheduled consultations;
  • providing accurate information;
  • complying with prescribed treatments;
  • seeking emergency assistance when required;
  • exercising independent judgment;
  • consulting qualified healthcare professionals where appropriate; and
  • complying with applicable laws and Platform Policies.

ConsulTOpen shall not be responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information, guidance or resources available through the Platform.

29. Independent Professional Care

Users acknowledge that mental wellness services available through the Platform are intended to complement—not replace—qualified professional healthcare.

Accordingly, Users should independently seek advice from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals before making decisions relating to:

  • diagnosis;
  • treatment;
  • medications;
  • psychiatric care;
  • hospitalisation;
  • emergency care;
  • psychological evaluations;
  • long-term therapy;
  • clinical interventions;
  • medical conditions; or
  • any other significant mental or physical health matter.

Where professional advice differs from information available through the Platform, Users should rely upon the advice of appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

30. Accuracy of User Information

The quality, relevance and usefulness of mental wellness services depend substantially upon the accuracy, completeness and honesty of the information provided by the User.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the Platform is truthful, accurate, complete and updated whenever reasonably necessary.

Without limitation, Users should provide accurate information regarding:

  • emotional wellbeing;
  • symptoms;
  • medical history;
  • mental health history;
  • medications;
  • previous treatments;
  • existing diagnoses;
  • emergency contacts;
  • relevant personal circumstances; and
  • other information reasonably necessary for the provision of appropriate services.

ConsulTOpen shall not be responsible where inaccurate, incomplete or misleading User information results in unsuitable guidance, recommendations or services.

31. Appropriate Use

Users agree to use mental wellness services responsibly, respectfully and only for lawful purposes.

Without limitation, Users shall not:

  • impersonate another individual;
  • harass or threaten Consultants;
  • abuse Artificial Intelligence features;
  • interfere with Platform systems;
  • misuse emergency-related features;
  • reverse engineer Platform technologies;
  • commercially exploit Platform resources;
  • violate the intellectual property rights of ConsulTOpen;
  • create competing services using Platform content; or
  • otherwise misuse any mental wellness feature available through the Platform.

ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate access to mental wellness services where misuse is reasonably suspected.

32. Confidentiality & Privacy

ConsulTOpen recognises the sensitive nature of mental wellness information and is committed to protecting User privacy in accordance with applicable law and the ConsulTOpen Privacy Policy.

The collection, processing, storage, retention and disclosure of User information shall be governed by:

  • the Privacy Policy;
  • the Cookie & Data Retention Policy;
  • applicable data protection laws;
  • lawful regulatory requirements; and
  • other applicable Platform Policies.

  • technical issues affecting consultations;
  • privacy concerns;
  • security concerns;
  • inappropriate Platform behaviour;
  • Child Safety concerns;
  • suspected policy violations; or
  • any other issue affecting mental wellness services.

Reports may be submitted through the communication channels specified in the Grievance Redressal Policy or any other authorised support channel.

Submission of a report assists ConsulTOpen in improving its services but does not guarantee any particular investigation outcome, corrective action or resolution.

  • personalised emotional wellbeing agents;
  • intelligent journaling systems;
  • advanced mood analytics;
  • behavioural wellness insights;
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools;
  • mindfulness coaching technologies;
  • meditation guidance systems;
  • emotional resilience programmes;
  • habit tracking systems;
  • wellness recommendation engines;
  • predictive wellbeing analytics;
  • crisis resource guidance tools;
  • enterprise wellness programmes;
  • institutional mental wellness solutions;
  • hospital integration services;
  • clinical partnership technologies; and
  • every other present or future mental wellness technology considered appropriate by

ConsulTOpen.
