3. Scope
This Disclaimer applies to every individual or entity who accesses, browses, registers for, subscribes to, purchases, interacts with or otherwise uses any Artificial Intelligence feature made available through the ConsulTOpen Platform.
Without limitation, this Disclaimer applies to:

- Working Professionals;
- Parents or Guardians acting on behalf of Minor Students;

"Third-Party AI Technology" means any Artificial Intelligence model, service, infrastructure, API or technology developed or operated by an external provider and integrated into the ConsulTOpen Platform.
Unless otherwise defined in this Disclaimer, capitalised terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy or other applicable Platform Policies.
5. Relationship with Other Policies
This AI Usage Disclaimer forms an integral part of the comprehensive legal framework governing the ConsulTOpen Platform.
It shall be read together with:
- Terms & Conditions;
- Privacy Policy;
- Intellectual Property Policy;
- Grievance Redressal Policy;
- Subscription & Membership Policy;
- Cookie & Data Retention Policy;
- Community Guidelines;
- Consultant Agreement;
- Child Safety Policy;
- Parent Consent Policy; and
- every future Platform Policy published by ConsulTOpen.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the provisions relating to governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, interpretation, notices, severability, survival and every other general legal provision contained in the Terms & Conditions shall apply equally to this Disclaimer.
Where any inconsistency exists between this Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions, the more specific provision relating to Artificial Intelligence shall prevail only with respect to the relevant subject matter unless otherwise required by applicable law.

ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to amend, revise, supplement, replace, update, suspend or discontinue this Disclaimer at any time.

- AI capabilities;
- AI limitations;
- AI safety measures;
- AI availability;
- AI subscription features;
- AI processing methods;
- AI technologies;
- third-party AI integrations;
- AI usage restrictions;
- AI governance practices;
- future AI services; and
- every other aspect relating to Artificial Intelligence offered through the Platform.
Material revisions may be communicated through:
- Website notices;
- Dashboard notifications;
- Email;
- SMS;
- WhatsApp;
- Push notifications;
- In-app notifications; or
- any other electronic communication channel considered appropriate by ConsulTOpen.
Continued use of any Artificial Intelligence feature after the effective date of a revised Disclaimer constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Electronic Acceptance
This Disclaimer constitutes an electronic legal record.
A User shall be deemed to have accepted this Disclaimer by:

- skill gap analysis;
- career readiness assessments;
- AI-powered search;
- AI-generated summaries;
- productivity tools;
- intelligent automation;
- personalised recommendations;
- consultant support tools;
- Platform assistance;
- multilingual assistance;
- accessibility features; and
- every other Artificial Intelligence feature introduced by ConsulTOpen from time to time.
The availability of individual AI features may vary depending upon the User's subscription plan, geographic location, technical requirements, regulatory obligations or other operational considerations.
9. Nature of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence is an evolving technology that generates responses and recommendations using computational models, statistical techniques, machine learning systems and other automated processes.
Artificial Intelligence does not possess human judgment, independent reasoning, emotions, personal experiences or professional qualifications.
AI-generated outputs are produced based upon patterns, algorithms, available data and computational processes and should not be interpreted as statements of fact or professional opinions unless independently verified through appropriate sources.
Users acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence systems may:
- generate inaccurate information;
- generate incomplete information;
- produce inconsistent responses;
- misunderstand User inputs;
- generate outdated information;
- fail to recognise contextual nuances;
- produce biased outputs;
- generate fabricated information ("hallucinations");
- produce unexpected results; or
- otherwise produce outputs that may not be suitable for every circumstance.
Accordingly, Users should exercise independent judgment before relying upon any AIgenerated output.
10. AI as an Assistive Technology
The Artificial Intelligence features available through the ConsulTOpen Platform are intended solely to assist Users in accessing information, educational resources and career-related guidance.
Artificial Intelligence is designed to complement—not replace—the expertise of qualified human professionals.
Without limitation, AI may assist Users by:
- organising information;
- identifying educational resources;
- generating career suggestions;
- summarising information;
- providing learning recommendations;
- analysing resumes;
- identifying skill gaps;
- recommending certifications;
- recommending scholarships;
- assisting with interview preparation;
- supporting productivity; and
- facilitating access to Platform features.
Artificial Intelligence shall not be regarded as a substitute for:

- personalised AI assistants;
- predictive AI;

- agentic AI systems;
- AI-powered video assistance;
- AI-powered voice interaction;
- AI-powered educational planning;

- institutional AI solutions;
- developer AI services;
- AI APIs;
- AI Software Development Kits (SDKs); and
- every other present or future Artificial Intelligence technology considered appropriate
by ConsulTOpen.
Nothing contained in this Disclaimer obligates ConsulTOpen to introduce or maintain any specific Artificial Intelligence feature.
12. Experimental & Beta AI Features
From time to time, ConsulTOpen may release certain Artificial Intelligence capabilities as beta, preview, pilot, experimental or early-access features.
Such features are provided for evaluation, testing, feedback and continuous improvement.
Experimental AI features may:
- contain bugs;
- produce inconsistent results;

- experience interruptions;

Accordingly, AI Generated Outputs may:

- contain incomplete information;
- contain outdated information;
- contain factual errors;
- misunderstand User inputs;
- misinterpret context;
- omit relevant information;
- simplify complex subjects;
- produce inconsistent recommendations;
- vary between different interactions; or
- otherwise fail to meet a User's expectations.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are informational in nature and should always be independently evaluated before being relied upon.
ConsulTOpen makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or usefulness of any AI-generated output.
14. AI Hallucinations
Artificial Intelligence systems may occasionally generate information that appears credible but is inaccurate, fabricated, misleading or unsupported by reliable sources. Such outputs are commonly referred to as "hallucinations."
AI hallucinations may include, without limitation:
- incorrect factual statements;
- fabricated references;
- non-existent educational programmes;

- incorrect certification information;

- satisfy the expectations of every User.

18. AI Availability

ConsulTOpen does not guarantee that AI features shall:
- remain continuously available;
- operate without interruption;
- operate without technical failures;
- remain compatible with every device;
- remain compatible with every browser;
- remain available in every jurisdiction;
- remain available under every subscription plan;
- produce identical outputs over time; or
- remain available indefinitely.
Artificial Intelligence services may be temporarily or permanently modified, suspended, restricted, updated or discontinued due to:
- maintenance activities;
- software updates;
- infrastructure upgrades;
- cybersecurity measures;
- technical failures;
- regulatory requirements;
- third-party service interruptions;
- operational requirements;
- Force Majeure Events; or
- any other circumstance reasonably beyond the control of ConsulTOpen.
ConsulTOpen shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damages arising solely from the temporary or permanent unavailability of Artificial Intelligence features.
PART IV – PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

The Artificial Intelligence features available through the ConsulTOpen Platform may generate career-related information, recommendations, Career Roadmaps, educational
suggestions, resume feedback, interview preparation guidance, certification recommendations, scholarship suggestions and other career development resources.
Such AI-generated outputs are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.
Artificial Intelligence does not function as a qualified career counsellor and should not be regarded as providing personalised professional career counselling.
Without limitation, AI-generated outputs shall not be interpreted as:
- guaranteed career advice;
- guaranteed employment guidance;
- guaranteed admission advice;
- guaranteed placement strategies;
- guaranteed internship recommendations;
- guaranteed scholarship eligibility;
- guaranteed certification pathways;
- guaranteed educational planning; or

- a doctor-patient relationship;
- a lawyer-client relationship;
- a financial advisor-client relationship;
- a tax advisor-client relationship;
- an educational institution-student relationship;
- a career counsellor-client relationship;
- a fiduciary relationship; or
- any other legally recognised professional relationship.
Professional relationships are created only where expressly established through qualified human professionals in accordance with applicable law, contractual agreements and the relevant Platform Policies.

Artificial Intelligence is intended to assist Users by providing information, recommendations and educational support. However, the ultimate responsibility for evaluating, interpreting and acting upon any AI Generated Output rests entirely with the User.
Without limitation, Users are solely responsible for:
- evaluating AI-generated recommendations;
- verifying important information;
- exercising independent judgment;
- making educational decisions;
- making career decisions;
- making employment decisions;
- selecting educational institutions;
- selecting certifications;
- selecting scholarships;
- making business decisions;
- consulting qualified professionals where appropriate; and
- complying with applicable laws and Platform Policies.
ConsulTOpen shall not be responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI Generated Outputs.
29. Independent Verification
Users acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading information.
Accordingly, Users should independently verify all material information before relying upon AI Generated Outputs.
Without limitation, independent verification is strongly recommended before making decisions relating to:
- educational admissions;

- scholarships;
- certifications;
- examinations;
- financial matters;
- taxation;
- legal matters;
- medical matters;
- mental health matters;
- contractual obligations;
- business decisions; and

30. Appropriate Use
Users agree to use Artificial Intelligence features responsibly, ethically and only for lawful purposes.
Without limitation, Users shall use AI features in a manner that:

- complies with Platform Policies;
- respects intellectual property rights;
- respects privacy rights;
- respects the rights of other Users;
- avoids abusive conduct;
- avoids harassment;
- avoids discrimination;
- promotes responsible use of technology;
- does not interfere with Platform operations; and
- does not misuse Artificial Intelligence systems.
Users acknowledge that responsible use of Artificial Intelligence contributes to maintaining a safe, reliable and trustworthy Platform for every User.
31. Prohibited AI Usage
Users shall not misuse Artificial Intelligence features or attempt to use them for unlawful, harmful or unauthorised purposes.
Without limitation, Users shall not use Artificial Intelligence to:
- generate unlawful content;
- generate abusive content;
- generate defamatory content;
- generate discriminatory content;
- generate hateful content;
- generate fraudulent information;
- impersonate another person;
- facilitate academic dishonesty;
- facilitate examination cheating;
- violate intellectual property rights;
- generate malicious software;
- conduct phishing activities;
- facilitate cybercrime;
- create misinformation;
- create deepfakes intended to deceive;
- harass, threaten or intimidate another person;
- violate applicable law;
- interfere with Platform security;
- bypass Platform restrictions;
- reverse engineer Artificial Intelligence systems;
- train competing Artificial Intelligence systems using Platform outputs; or
- engage in any activity prohibited under the Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate access to Artificial Intelligence features where misuse is reasonably suspected.
32. AI Usage by Minors
Artificial Intelligence features may be accessed by Minor Users only in accordance with the Parent Consent Policy, Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising the use of Artificial Intelligence by Minor Users.
ConsulTOpen encourages parents and guardians to:
- review AI-generated information;
- supervise important educational decisions;
- discuss AI recommendations with minors;
- encourage independent verification;
- monitor appropriate use of Platform features; and
- seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Artificial Intelligence is not intended to replace parental guidance or professional educational or mental health support for minors.
33. Subscription-based AI Access
Certain Artificial Intelligence features may be available only under specific subscription plans, promotional offers or future service tiers.
Accordingly, ConsulTOpen reserves the unrestricted right to:
- determine which AI features are available under each subscription plan;
- establish usage limits;
- introduce credit-based AI usage;
- introduce premium AI capabilities;
- modify AI usage limits;
- restrict access to certain AI models;
- discontinue specific AI features;
- introduce enterprise AI services;
- introduce institutional AI services; and

- discriminatory content;
- hateful content;
- abusive language;
- violent content;
- unlawful instructions;
- misinformation;
- harmful educational guidance;
- unsafe career recommendations;
- privacy violations;
- inappropriate responses involving minors;
- offensive material; or
- any other output reasonably considered harmful.
ConsulTOpen shall use commercially reasonable efforts to review such reports and may, where appropriate:

Users shall not rely upon Artificial Intelligence during situations involving immediate danger, urgent medical needs or other emergencies.
Without limitation, Artificial Intelligence should not be relied upon in situations involving:
- suicidal thoughts;
- self-harm;
- threats of violence;
- medical emergencies;
- psychological crises;
- psychiatric emergencies;
- criminal activity requiring immediate intervention;
- child safety emergencies;
- domestic violence;
- life-threatening situations; or
- any other circumstance requiring urgent professional assistance.
