ConsulTOpen does not presently record video consultations.

- generation of AI-generated summaries;
- quality assurance where reasonably necessary;
- investigation of complaints;
- dispute resolution;
- legal compliance;
- fraud prevention.
Audio recordings shall ordinarily be deleted within the applicable retention period unless their continued retention is reasonably necessary for legal proceedings, dispute resolution or compliance with applicable law.

- should not replace independent judgement.
Users should independently verify important information before relying upon AI-generated outputs.
35. Mood Logs & Wellness Processing
Mood logs voluntarily submitted by Students may be processed for:
- consultation preparation;
- educational support;
- AI-generated insights;
- wellbeing tracking;
- personalised recommendations;
- Platform improvement.
Mood logs are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent medical or psychological conditions.
ConsulTOpen does not provide emergency healthcare services through mood tracking functionality.
36. Audio Recordings
Where both participants expressly consent, audio recordings may be processed for:
- AI-generated session notes;
- AI-generated summaries;
- dispute resolution;
- complaint investigations;
- service quality review;
- fraud prevention;
- legal compliance.
Audio recordings shall not be used for unrelated commercial purposes.
At the Effective Date, ConsulTOpen does not record video consultations.
37. Research, Analytics & Improvement
ConsulTOpen may process Personal Data to:

- improve Artificial Intelligence;

- improve career recommendations;

ConsulTOpen may also generate AI-assisted portfolio content for Counsellors using information provided by the Counsellor.

ConsulTOpen does not presently retain video recordings because video consultations are not recorded.

95. Effective Date
This Privacy Policy becomes effective on 25 June 2026 and shall remain effective until replaced by a subsequent version published by ConsulTOpen.
