Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth experience for all users at Consultopen.
 
1. Refund Eligibility
 
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
•The consultant cancels a scheduled session.
•Technical issues from our side prevent the session from taking place.
•The client cancels within 24 hours, before the session starts.
 
2. No Refunds for Completed Sessions
•Once a session is successfully completed, no refunds will be issued.
•Dissatisfaction with the consultation does not qualify for a refund.
 
3. Rescheduling Policy
•Clients may reschedule a session within 12 hours before the scheduled time.
•Rescheduling requests beyond this timeframe may be denied.
 
4. Payment Disputes
•Unauthorized charges must be reported immediately.
•Chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account suspension.
 
5. Refund Processing Time
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days.
